AgriAssure, a Canadian AgTech platform, was running on an outdated Laravel 6 codebase that limited performance, scalability and future product development. To modernize, scale and commercialize the product, they needed to migrate the platform onto current foundations and then build it into a market-ready SaaS — without losing momentum.

Laravel 6 → 13 migration
Deployed a dedicated team of four engineers to migrate the platform off the outdated Laravel 6 codebase onto Laravel 13 — clearing the performance and scalability ceiling.
